Each simulator is designed with realism in mind. Whether you're stepping into the Reconfigurable Vehicle Simulator, Bradley, or an Abram you'll find the space, controls, and equipment will match the real thing. Each simulator is equipped with a complete sound system designed to provide you the "feel" of movement as well as the sounds that normally occur in battle. This includes the opening and closing of the breach. The rattle of the tracks as you move over land and the thunderous roar of your main gun firing. |

RVTT is a system within CCTT that comprises the Reconfigurable Vehicle Simulator (RVS), which was originally designed to train the Armored Reconnaissance Platoons and Combat Service Support units supporting the Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT). The RVS has evolved to support the Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Airborne, Rangers and Special Forces units as well as Improvised Explosive Device-Defeat (IED-D) training. The RVS simulator provides training for selected combat and tactical wheeled vehicles. The RVS complements the CCTT family with the representation of a wide variety of wheeled vehicles, including multiple variants of the HMMWV and HEMTT. |
